Job Prerequisites:
Must be able to stand for the duration of your shift. Applicants must be comfortable working with all food types, including pork and seafood and must not have any sensitivities to cleaning chemicals.
Job Description:
The crew member position includes doing a bit of everything: customer service, cash handling, food preparation, cooking, and cleaning. It is important to remain flexible as management may require you to work in one area of the restaurant or work in multiple areas during your work shifts based on business needs. Tips are split equally based on hours worked: 50% for the front-of-house staff and 50% for the back-of-house staff. Wages start at $13 per hour, promotion potential up to $16/hour.
